Kapa Construction was started by Pawel Oberc in 2011. He has a background in engineering and worked for a home design/ build company prior to starting Kapa Construction. We now have a large number of talented craftsman and servicemen on our team, including many subcontractors. At Kapa Construction, we work with local suppliers and companies to provide you with top notch services.
